Do you provide the alcohol?
No — due to Ohio state laws, we can't supply alcohol directly. But you purchase it, and we’ll help you plan exactly what and how much to buy for your guest count and menu. Then we’ll serve it up in style.
Can I create custom cocktails?
Yes! We love working with you to create signature drinks that match your vibe or theme. Custom signage is available too!
How many bartenders do I need?
Up to 100 guests: 1 bartender is usually enough. Larger events or faster service? Add a second bartender.
What are your power and setup needs?
Flat space with at least 20 ft clearance, vehicle accessible!
What will need power?
Mini Refrigerator and lighting!
How far do you travel?
Typically, within 30 miles of Columbus. We have partnered with specific venues outside of this and also often make exceptions for additional delivery charges. Please don't hesitate to ask!
Do you provide cups, mixers, napkins, etc.?
We offer a Bar Supply Add-On with cups, straws, napkins, mixers, garnishes. Please list this request in your inquiry!
What if it rains?
We deliver rain or shine.
Can I decorate the bar trailer?
Yes! You’re welcome to add signs, florals, theme décor.

Can you set up the night before?
Yes! Available for additional fee — great for weddings or early photo shoots.
Deposit & cancellation policy:
50% deposit due at booking.
Balance 30 days prior to event date.
Cancel 31+ days out = 80% refund
Cancel within 30 days = no refund
